If you want to heal fast and are a bit of a crossdresser:
-be a tailor
-make primal mooncloth set while levelling. Farm mats to get XP and lvl tailoring, when you ding 70 you can have your set complete
-start doing BG to get your healing mace with honor points
-after Mooncloth set, start farming for whitmend pants and head
Even with green other gear, you have a very solid set, ready to heal Kara np.
